**All materials are pre-washed in scent free detergent prior to manufacturing; resulting in a scent free, allergen free item/s when complete.

**Two Little Plines is a smoke free and pet free home.

**Rude, hateful, bullying, or harassing emails or messages will not be tolerated by Two Little Plines. Pursuing these actions may/will result in removal from social media platforms and/or being blocked from future purchases on the TLP website.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of items, orders that are placed under preorder or MTO cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been placed. It is the customer's responsiblity to make the right selections in regards to prints, sizes, and styles that are appropriate based on turn around time of the order. All sales are final.

Customers are required to inspect items upon arrival. 

Due to the nature of items Two Little Plines sells, handmade items cannot be accepted for return or refund if they have been washed, used, contain odor, are dirty, or contain pet hair. 

 Customers have 48 hours upon delivery to contact Two Little Plines via email regarding defects, incorrect items, or other issues.

In the case that returned items do not meet the above requirements upon arrival/inspection to Two Little Plines, the customer will receive a 50% refund, excluding shipping fees. Refunds are only given once the item/s has been received and inspected by TLP. Shipping fees are non-refundable once your original order has been fulfilled and shipped.

**In the special case in which a customer decides to cancel an unfulfilled order, the customer will be required to pay a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from their refund total.

Defects/Errors for Handmade TLP Items

If an item received is defective or has cosmetic errors, you will have 3 choices.

1. Two Little Plines will send the customer a return label via email. Item/s will be shipped back for inspection and to be fixed if needed. It will be shipped back as soon as possible to the customer once fixed, based on the current work load of TLP.

2. If you do not wish to have the item fixed, your second option will be a 20% discount/refund to lower the cost of the item/s to "Seconds Quality" price.

3. In the case that the item is not fixeable, and Two Little Plines no longer has the material to replace the item. Customers will receive a full refund for the item, excluding shipping costs.

**In the event that an incorrect item/s was/are sent with your order; the customer will be emailed a return label. Once the item is in TLP’s possession and inspected, the correct item/s will shipped to the customer as soon as possible. 

Defects/Errors on Manufactured W3 + Me Items

If customer receives a defective item such as missing and/or loose snaps, defective PUL, or defective stitching, they will have 30 days upon delivery to contact TLP via email regarding the issue including an order number and photograph of the defective item. Defective items will be available for refund or exchange.

Exchanges

The only time an exchange will be honored, is in the case that Two Little Plines sent the incorrect (handmade) item within your order. 

Customers will have 48 hours to contact Two Little Plines via email regarding the incorrect item/s;  AND the exchanged item/s must meet the requirements stated above, in the 'Refund Policy' section.

Postal Issues

If your order is damaged or lost during transit, send an email to twolittleplines@gmail.com as soon as possible to help try to resolve the issue. In some cases, a lost or damaged package claim may need to be filed.

Customs Tax/Duties

It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay any customs taxes/duties due upon import/delivery that may arise. Two Little Plines will NOT be held responsible for these fees.
